E2C UV Arc Curing System

The GEW E2C is one of the most widely installed air-cooled UV arc curing systems in the world, with over 43,000 units in service globally. Built with optically tuned reflectors and a highly efficient air-cooled design, E2C delivers robust UV power (up to ~140 W/cm) while minimising heat transfer to heat-sensitive substrates, making it suitable for a wide range of offset, flexo, and narrow web applications. Its proven quick-change cassette design allows lamp modules to be replaced in under two minutes with minimal tools, significantly reducing maintenance downtime. The E2C system’s compatibility with GEW’s RHINO ArcLED hybrid power supply also means printers can upgrade to LED curing in future using the same infrastructure, giving flexibility as production requirements evolve.
